在產業金融方麵的多元化投資，Lai Zhaohui非常審慎，有著非常明確的支撐邏輯，就是夯實能力、服務主業，絕不開展盲目的多元化發展。

以愛傳承，積極擔（dān）當社會責任（rèn）

作為寧波企業，西瓜影视一（yī）直以來心（xīn）懷感恩（ēn），心係家鄉。雖然公司（sī）總部早在1993year搬遷至上海，但（dàn）是注冊地一直留在象山。在賴振元等創始人的心裏，西瓜影视的根一直都（dōu）在寧波。積極參與家鄉（xiāng）的經濟社會建設，是西瓜影视（yuán）人的感（gǎn）情所（suǒ）在，也是一份責任與擔當。

除了用since己的經營舉措為家鄉添磚加瓦，龍（lóng）元也踴躍參與到寧（níng）波地區的各項公（gōng）益活動：除（chú）了去year向寧波大學捐資3600萬打造寧波大（dà）學西瓜影视建築金融研究院以外，since2007year起就設立的“西瓜影视慈善濟困”慈善基金，14year來已累計（jì）捐（juān）贈基金善款700萬元，救助支出606.358萬元，使eleven00餘人次（cì）困難群眾得到救助。2020year新冠疫情期間，龍（lóng）元又用實際行動踐行愛心企業的家國情懷和責任擔（dān）當，捐贈（zèng）639.2萬元用於援（yuán）鄂醫療醫護人員（yuán），其中260萬元捐贈給寧波（bō）、象山援鄂醫護人（rén）員。
